Regulations on processing technology

The distance between the upper surface of the wax mould the upper edge of the rubber inlet cup shall be less than 60mm after the indoor temperature is 24 ℃± 3 ℃.

After welding, the wax mould interval of precision casting is 6-8mm (4mm less), the interval with holes grooves is about 10-12mm, the length of inner rubber inlet is 8-12mm.

Operation process

All wax models shall be inspected again to ensure that 100% of them are up to standard.

The sprue type is selected according to the casting production process requirements.

Check the wax sprue (material pipe) to ensure it meets the standard.

Clean tidy back cover plate shall be used on the rubber inlet cup of the wax sprue meeting the standard, make sure that there is no gap. If there is a gap, use electric chrome iron to iron the gap so as to prevent slurry injection during shell making.

Carry out electric welding with adhesive wax electric ferrochrome. Place the wax sprue (material pipe), weld the wax mold neatly firmly according to the production process requirements, stick it on the sprue (material pipe).

On the rubber inlet cup of the assembled welded wax touch group, mark the identification mark according to the metal composite materials required by the processing technology.

Use air compression to scrape away the wax chips on the touch group. Hang the mould group in the transport vehicle send it to the mould washing process. At the end of the work, clear the scene.
